Dear Sir/ Head of the Bangladeshi Consulate in Alexandria, Greetings, I am writing to you in my capacity as a lawyer, Mr. Mohamed Nagi Ibrahim Abdelaziz, regarding a matter involving a national of your country, Mr. Faisal Ali Abdel Aziz. I attended the investigations conducted by the Egyptian Public Prosecution at Amreya Second Police Department on his behalf, where he was charged with forgery related to a visa for the United Kingdom. Following my legal defense during the proceedings, the Public Prosecution decided to release him on the basis of good faith, and further ordered his deportation to your country in accordance with Egyptian law. Subsequently, I requested the payment of my legal fees for representing him during the investigations; however, he has refused to fulfill his financial obligation. Accordingly, I kindly request the Consulate to arrange payment of my legal fees, which amount to EGP 10,000 (Ten Thousand Egyptian Pounds), equivalent to approximately USD 191.42.
