You can visit the Egyptian Embassy in Manila strictly only by an appointment. For specific services, you can only visit the designated section at the consulate and can only book an appointment via the email address provided above. For example, if your purpose of an appointment is consular service, you should visit only the Consular Section. You can mail directly to the consular email section, high commission for booking an appointment.
Visa Services:
Keep in mind that your application will not be processed if it is submitted without all the required documents. The application takes up to three working days to be processed by the embassy

Egypt and Philippines Relations-
Egypt and Turkey are enjoying a cordial bilateral relationship. The mandate of the diplomatic missions from the High Commission is to forge closer and stronger ties between these two countries and to pursue multilateral and bilateral cooperation in these diverse sectors, which include, defense, culture, tourism, investment, trade, security, and science and technology, among other fields while also safeguarding other mutual benefits, that is important for their relationship. Dear Sir/Madam, Good day. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to kindly inquire about the procedure for authenticating my educational documents through your good office. My name is Wennie Wilson Caracas. I hold Egyptian nationality and am originally from the Philippines. In 2019, my bachelor’s degree certificate was authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs in the Philippines and was also stamped by the Egyptian Embassy in the Philippines. At present, I am required to submit this certificate to Cairo University for certificate equivalency. However, I was informed that the document must be stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cairo. When I visited the Foreign Affairs office in Cairo, I was advised that the certificate must first be authenticated again by the Egyptian Embassy in the Philippines, and then re-stamped in Cairo within three (3) months. In line with this, I am planning to send my documents to the Philippines for re-authentication by your office. I would like to kindly ask for your guidance on the following: Is it possible to send the documents directly to the Egyptian Embassy in Makati by courier? Or is it required that the applicant or a representative appear in person at your office? Your advice on the correct procedure would be greatly appreciated, as it will help me ensure that my documents are processed correctly and without delay.
