Important Thing To Notice:
You can visit the Embassy of Germany in Cairo strictly only by an appointment. For specific services, you can only visit the designated section at the consulate and can only book an appointment via the email address provided above. For example, if your purpose of an appointment is consular service, you should visit only the Consular Section. You can mail directly to the consular email section, high commission for booking an appointment.
Visa Services:
Keep in mind that your application will not be processed if it is submitted without all the required documents. The application takes up to three working days to be processed by the embassy

Germany and Egypt Relations-

Dear Sir/Madam, Iam wrtitng to Kindly request your support in obtaining an appointment for a short term visa family(Schengen) visa to visit my family in Germany as soon as possible since November 2025 no available slots are currently available via Tls contact system. New Cairo or Sheikh Zayed. My sister lives in Germany is currently going through divorce proceedings while caring for her babay on her own. Since our parents passeds away i am the only close family member she has. I would like to be with her for a short period to support her during this time. My son is studing in a preparatory course in Germany. He was recently diagnosed with diabetes is adjusting to medical treatment and changes in his daily routine. As his mother I would like to spend some time with him to help him manage this new situatrion. My last visit to Germany was on christmas time 2024 and returned to my country within the permitted visa period. I respected all visa condtions and have never had any violations. I also have ongoing responsibities in my home country and will return before the visa experies.
